Description
In Martin McDonagh’s first American-set play, Carmichael has been searching for his missing left hand for almost half a century. Enter two bickering lovebirds with a hand to sell, and a hotel clerk with an aversion to gunfire, and we’re set for a hilarious roller coaster of love, hate, desperation and hope.
The NOLA Project, which has produced ‘The Cripple of Inishmaan’ and ‘The Lieutenant of Inishmore’ by McDonagh return once again to this favorite company playwright with a jet black comedy for the ages. Featuring the talents of John Grimsley, A.J. Allegra, Natalie Boyd, and James Bartelle, this is one regional premiere that you don’t want to miss!

Description
Gambit selected the young AllWays Lounge as one of the "Top 50 Bars of New Orleans." We also appeared on the list of "6 Bars for Gays & Lesbians"...the only bar included on both lists.
Where Y'at readers voted AllWays Lounge as "Best Bywater/Marigny Bar" and the Marigny Theatre as "Best Live Theatre & Best Theatre Venue."
Formerly the Marigny, the AllWays Theatre boasts a rich, decade-long history as New Orleans main space for LGBT theater. Now with a broadened but still queer-friendly mission under new management, it and the AllWays Lounge have established themselves as two of New Orleans' arts & entertainment hotspots, with exciting shows--music, burlesque, theater, performance art, and more--in each space almost every night. These are also home to inventive, experimental touring artists you won't catch in other venues.
The AllWays is close to ground zero for two other major elements of New Orleans cultural scene: annual events the New Orleans Fringe Festival and the Saints & Sinners Literary Festival.
Given the eclectic sweep of bookings at the AllWays, membership in this group is the best way to keep abreast of everything the spaces have to offer...not to mention community events, outreach programs, and plain ole drink specials.
